Race Packs
If you entered before Monday 25th October, you will receive a race pack in the post. If you entered after, a pack will be waiting for you to collect on the day. If you are expecting a pack in the post and do not receive it by Friday 5th November, please head to the information desk before the start of your race and we will issue you with another one.
Collection Times:
7:30 – 8:30am

You will not be able to run without a race number and chip.
NO CHIP MEANS NO TIME.
When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!
Travel

By Car – You will need to enter Tatton Park from Ashley Road, having turned off Mereside Road – PLEASE NOTE this is not a usual entrance to the park. We will have marshals at the entrance from 7:00am.
Due to road closures we recommend arriving at the very latest by 8:00am to ensure arriving safely and with ample time.
Race Start
After the warm up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation.
Tatton Park is signposted from junction 7 of the M56 and junction 19 of the M6. The entrance to the park is approximately half a mile from Knutsford Railway station. It is then recommend to follow the postcode WA16 6QQ – only once you reach the Knutsford area.
M6 junction 19: From the motorway roundabout take the A556 Chester Road dual carriageway signposted for Manchester, Manchester Airport and Tatton Park. After travelling 1 mile go straight through the first set of traffic lights with Mere Country Club on your right hand side. At the next set of traffic lights, facing the Swan Pub, turn right onto the A5034 Mereside Road signposted for Knutsford and Rostherne. After about 3/4 mile take a turn left onto Ashley Road just after a car showroom/filling station. The entrance is immediately on the right after turning on to Ashley Road.
M56 junction 7: From the motorway roundabout take the A556 Chester Road dual carriageway. After traveling 2 miles at the next set of traffic lights, with a large pub (Swan Pub) on your left and facing a petrol station, turn left onto the A5034 Mereside Road signposted for Rostherne. After about 3/4 mile, turn left onto Ashley Road just after a car showroom/filling station. The entrance is immediately on the right after turning on to Ashley Road.
Parking: The car park is adjacent to the event village and on arrival, our team will be showing you to the car park. We will require your cooperation to get everyone safely parked on the facility in a timely manner.
By bike – Cycle racks are available at both main entrances to Tatton Park. Please ensure you do not lock your bike to any of the fences on the course.
Toilets
For this event we will use portable toilets. Lining up for these toilets will be socially distanced. If you live locally we recommend using toilets at home.
During the race
There will be marshals all around the course and there will be mile markers. It is a 2 lap course, see course map HERE.
Spitting and nasal clearance during the race is NOT permitted.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to come along and support runners.
Baggage
Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event and if possible leave anything in a car. There will be an informal self-service bag drop area within the event village for runners who need it.
Refreshments
There will be water stations at 4.5 miles, 7.5 miles and 10 miles, as well as the finish. We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.
After the race
Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.
There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Love Corn, and Kind Snack bar which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.

Free lateral flow tests are now being offered by the Government for everybody in the community to help stop the spread of COVID-19. These can even be ordered to your home, further information can be found HERE.
