Sports Massage

We will be joined by a number of sports massage therapists offering free pre and post race massage. So don’t forget to head over and speak to one of the therapists for any advise.

Pre-race massage is perfect for helping you achieve maximum results before your race. Head over and get your pre-event treatment. These quick sessions are vigorous, stimulating and can form part of your essential warm up.

Post-race massage is a wonderful addition to help you cool down and stretch by removing muscle waste. Movements will be slow, deeper and relaxing and can help catch an injury early on so make sure you come over and see us in the massage area.

A sports massage a few days later is a truly fantastic way to focus on certain areas that feel sore and can also repair damage to muscles caused by all your exertions during the race. It will increase fresh blood and oxygen to the area and remove the build up of toxins and waste products.

All therapists cover the areas of Greater Manchester and Cheshire so please ask us for more information on how to book.
